HOW TO BUY
Step-01: Select a vehicle
We offer more than 1,000 cars, vans, buses, trucks and other vehicles through our regularly updated stock. Each vehicle is provided with pictures and car details. Extra pictures can be arranged only after purchase and before scheduled shipment. In case if you do not find vehicle of your choice in our stock then please contact us through the inquiry form. Or use our Auction agent services.
Step-02: Request for free quotation
We reply unlimited numbers of serious inquiries regarding any vehicle present in our stock. Please feel free to ask any questions you have regarding the vehicle or purchase. On your request we can also send you an invoice with full estimate within three working days. The invoice shall provide you with the full cost of the vehicle, shipment and others charges depending on the mode of shipment, as well as payment information. Please note that the quotation amount is guaranteed for a limited period due to the fluctuation of currency exchange rate and shipping charges.
Step-03: Complete the payment
After receiving your quotation, if you decide to purchase the vehicle, we would request you to complete the payment smoothly within 5 working days. We offer various mode of payments but Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is highly recommended.
Step-04: Shipment of your vehicle
As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will also begin the shipping procedure of your vehicle at the same moment. We will inform you the scheduled date of shipment within next 5 working days. Upon the completion of the shipment and departure of the shipping vessel, we will send you all the documents necessary to receive your vehicle at the port of destination. Please note that all the vehicles shipped with us for Durban as the port of destination, using services of a Clearing Agent is compulsory. Unless you have a preferred Clearing Agent with whom you prefer to deal, we forward all the documents to our regular Clearing Agent.
Step-05:Receive your vehicle
Once your vehicle arrives at the port of destination, use the original B/L documents to pick up the vehicle. It is recommended to get support from a Clearing Agent.
NOTE: Clearance charges and Customs duties are solely buyer’s responsibility and the buyer is liable for all the charges occurring at the port of destination. We are unable to provide any services regarding these charges and duties from Japan. It is also
NOTE: Customer has to pay remaining balance within 7 days from arrival date (Count from the arrival date). Otherwise, JOY INTERNATIONAL has right to re-sell without any notice and no claim will be accepted. In case of loss company reserve the rights to forfeit the initial deposit.
